For all goods of our shop exist Warranty rights.

Discounts:

More than 75 Euro order value - minus 3 % discount.
More than 90 Euro order value - minus 5 % discount.
More than 120 Euro order value - minus 7,5 % discount.
More than 150 Euro order value - minus 10 % discount.

Our recommendation: save money thru collective orders for friends and colleagues!

International deliveries:

Currently we can offer international shipments only to destinations inside the European Union, some european countries (look at zones), to USA and Canada.

Accepted Payment-Methods for international customers are:
- PayPal
- prepayment to our bank-account (you will find the payment-instructions in our e-mail-confirmation of your order)
- against invoice (available only after your third order, fulfilled completely)

All international deliveries will be shipped with DHL. If a product is not available we reserve the right to deliver partially or to cancel the entire order. In such rare case the invoice will be modified or cancelled and payments will be refunded immediately. Runtime of international shipments varies depending on the country of destination.

In the case of customers who are resident in another EU Member State may have costs for vat and costoms of his country. How much you can see in the import conditions of your country. Deliveries to Germany:

We deliver with DHL to all destinations inside of Germany. Usually you will receive your order within three days. If a product is not available we reserve the right to deliver partially or to cancel the entire order. In such rare case the invoice will be modified or cancelled and payments will be refunded immediately.

Up to an order-value of 49,99 Euro we charge a flat-rate of 4,90 Euro for the transport.Order-values of 50,00 Euro and more we deliver free of any transport charges (inside Germany).

- direct debit (6,90€ surname fee)
